Extended two year warranty can only be claimed within 30 days of your purchase date.

Extended two year warranty applies to the following products only, purchased directly from Snakehive or via our official selling channels on Amazon, Etsy or Ebay:
  • Vintage Leather Wallet: Apple iPhone 13 Series, Samsung Galaxy S22 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 Series, Apple iPhone SE 2020/SE 2022, Apple iPhone 12 Series, Samsung Galaxy A53, Samsung Galaxy A52/A52s
  • Metro Leather Cases: Apple iPhone 12 Series, Apple iPhone 13 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, Samsung Galaxy S22 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 Series, Samsung Galaxy A52/A52s, Samsung Galaxy A53
  • Metro Leather Wallet: Apple iPhone 13 Series, Samsung Galaxy S22 Series
  • Metro MagSafe Cardholder

Any future orders of the above listed products using the same email address used to register your original warranty will also be covered under our extended two year warranty. Please contact us if you have any enquiries regarding this: sales@snakehive.co.uk

The two year warranty will only be valid once you have received a warranty confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email within 7 days of filling out this form, please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk

Your product warranty is registered directly with us, Snakehive, the manufacturer, and not with any other selling channel such as Amazon, Etsy or Ebay. Please contact us directly with any warranty queries: sales@snakehive.co.uk

The warranty covers your product purchase under the following conditions:
1. Any defect due to a genuine manufacturing fault causing the case to become unfit for purpose.
2. You are the original purchaser of the product from Snakehive.
3. Radstow Group Ltd (Snakehive) is still actively trading in the UK.

Conditions under which the warranty is not valid:
1. General wear and tear, including any marks and stains.
2. Accidental damage, including misuse and improper care taken with the product.
3. Alterations made to the product or repair work made by purchaser or third party.

  • To claim under warranty, please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk with your order details and photographic evidence of the manufacturing fault. It may be necessary to return the case to us for inspection. If the warranty is deemed valid, we will send out an identical replacement product within 5 working days.
  • Our products offer a great level of protection for your handset. Our cases are durable but not accident or damage proof.
  • Avoid storing your case or using your case alongside sharp objects. Keep your case away from any fires, heat and where possible direct sunlight.
  • Snakehive will not be liable or responsible for any incidental, indirect or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.
