COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
As a small business based in the UK, we wanted to use this platform to give our customers an important update on the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and how it’s affecting us and our customers.
Effective immediately, there will be some changes to our return policies. We are extending our return period from 30 days to 60 days (subject to change) to give our customers more time to focus on the most important thing, themselves and their family's safety.
Furthermore, if a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, upon receipt of the returned item, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 working days.
Our warehouse team is continuing to follow safety guidelines, making sure that the government advised extra extensive hand washing, hygiene and frequent, deep cleaning is taking place.
Moving forward we will continue to follow government guidelines and keep our customers updated. Due to the nature of this situation, please be aware that our T&Cs, return policy and shipping capacity may change at any time. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, these are difficult times where the situation is changing on a daily basis.
