Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Role: Digital Marketing Assistant (Full Time)
Location: Dorking, Surrey

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our Ecommerce team here at Snakehive. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Managing social media and supporting paid social advertising campaigns
- Content creation for the website blog and social media accounts + support future content planning
- Analyse advertising results and monitor website performance
- Devise new strategies to drive traffic to the website
- Work with PR to manage communications campaigns
- Design and create artwork to support marketing content
- Work with the photography team to help create video/image content for marketing
- Devise new product descriptions and relevant product content
-Support PPC campaigns, budgets and campaign reporting

Desired Skills:
- Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to new changes
- Understanding and knowledge of social media channels
- Strong analytical skills

Amazon Marketplace Manager
Job Role: Amazon Marketplace Manager (Full Time)
Location: Dorking, Surrey

The role involves managing and growing the company’s activities on the Amazon marketplace both in the UK and internationally. 

- Manage the overall day to day responsibilities of the Amazon Marketplace
- Analyse reports to make data driven decisions to improve marketplace performance
- Launch and list new products on the marketplace
- Increase traffic through Amazon promotions and tools
- Keep up-to-date with new Amazon initiatives to help grow the business
- Resolve marketplace issues
- Report Key Performance statistics 

Required Skills: 
- High attention to detail 
- Strong analytical and numerical skills 
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
- Excellent communication 


Operations and Customer Services Assistant   (Part Time)

Job Role: Operations and Customer Services Assistant (Part Time 15-20 hours a week

     (3 Weekday afternoons until at least 5pm – one of these being a Monday. Then another 3-8 hours elsewhere - these can be flexible with 3 hours minimum and 8 hours max)

Location: Dorking, Surrey


 Key Responsibilities: 
- Liaising with customers by email and telephone
- General administrative duties and data entry
- Taking in delivery of stock and labelling / dispatching / sorting
- Warehouse organisation and monitoring stock levels
- Identifying and fixing product related issues.

Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Be well organised and have extremely good time management
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new processes
- Any Foreign language skills (not essential)
