**T&Cs: Free Snakehive Keyring

  • One key ring can be claimed per email address. If you are eligible for more than one key ring, please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk so that we can process your key rings on your behalf.
  • We're currently unable to ship our free key rings to Australia and New Zealand due to restrictions put in place by our shipping partners. We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and hope to resume this service in the near future.
  • If your shipping address is deemed as a 'remote location' by our international shipping partner (DHL), we reserve the right to cancel your key ring claim. If your address is deemed as a remote location, we will contact you to let you know.
  • We are unable to ship key rings to PO Box addresses, Post Offices, Packstations or Amazon Lockers. Please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk with your order details and an alternative shipping address if your original order was sent to one of the above locations, so that we can process your key ring on your behalf.
  • We are only able to process key rings for orders that are placed via our website, or our official stores on Amazon, Etsy or eBay.
  • Your free matching key ring will need to be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your free key ring will only be dispatched once you have received a shipping confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email within 7 days Please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk
