What styles of mobile phone cases do you offer?
We offer a range of different leather and real wood cases to suit all needs and purposes. Each case has been designed to ensure they are sleek, stylish and offer good protection. All our mobile phone cases are embossed with the Snakehive logo.
What if my phone is not listed on the website?
We provide a wide range of leather and real wood phone and tablet cases and are continuously expanding the range available. All items listed on our website are those we currently have available for sale.
Do you offer any product guarantees?
We offer a three month manufacturing defect warranty on all our mobile phone and tablet cases.
Do you offer personalised cases?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any personalisation or engraving service, however please check back again in the future.
How do I fit my phone into the Leather Flip case?
When you receive your leather flip case please insert your mobile phone into the frame from the bottom edge and the top then clicks into place securely. Once inserted it should not be necessary to remove the phone but to do so pull up the top clip and gently slide the phone from the frame.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We send out all our orders to UK addresses by Royal Mail First Class post. Any items ordered before 4pm from Monday to Friday will be posted out the same day. UK orders should arrive within 1-3 working days.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please allow 7 working days for UK orders to arrive and up to 14 working days for orders within the EU. For those countries outside the EU deliveries can take longer as orders have to be processed through Customs. If for any reason your order does not arrive within these timeframes please email our operations team at email@example.com.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we are a worldwide supplier of mobile and tablet cases and to date have shipped to over 100 countries!
Will I be liable for Customs duty?
If you are outside the European Union, we complete the relevant Custom labels. As our products are typically valued at less than £20, there is normally no Customs duty to pay. Larger orders might be liable to Customs duty depending on the destination country.
How much is overseas delivery?
Overseas postal prices vary depending on the country and weight of the order. The overseas postage rate will be shown on completion of your order at the check-out stage.
Payments, Exchanges and Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept online payment by Credit cards, Debit cards and Paypal.
Can you take payments over the phone?
We cannot currently take payment over the phone.
How do I know my payment is safe and secure?
All payments made on our website are safe and secure. We have the Trusted Shops Guarantee Trustmark - which also guarantees your purchase. The Trusted Shop logo is located in the lower right hand corner of our website - please click on the logo for further information.
Can I cancel or an amend an order?
We are able to action amendments and cancellations provided you inform us prior to dispatch. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel or amend an order. Alternatively call us on 01306 742775 during business hours. (10.00 -17.00 Monday to Friday)
Do you provide a Warranty?
Yes, we currently offer a 3 month warranty for all cases purchased on our website. For more information around the Snakehive Warranty, please click here.
What if I receive a faulty item?
In the rare event a faulty item is received please contact email@example.com providing the details of the fault and a picture where possible. We will be happy to dispatch a replacement item.
What if I have ordered and received the incorrect item?
We do ask that you check your order carefully before confirming it, as some phone models do have very similar names. As the cases are designed for specific phone models, they are not transferable between phone models - for example, the charging or camera openings might be in a different location.
We will be happy to exchange an incorrect item for the correct item on safe return to us - you will be required to pay for the return postage costs.
I have ordered the correct item but received an incorrect item?
In this case, we will be happy to send out the correct item and will enclose a Stamped Adressed Envelope for you to return the incorrect item back to us. (No charge would apply)
How do I get a refund?
We offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all unwanted items returned to us within 14 days in an unused condition. In the first instance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return an item. In these circumstances, you will be required to pay for the return postage costs.
I received a discount code, where and how can I use this?
Any discount codes are applied at the end checkout stage. Please note that discount codes cannot currently be used in conjunction with items on sale.
Can you supply my company with a large number of cases?
We currently supply a range of small and medium companies with our mobile phone cases. If you are interested in placing a bulk order for your company please do contact us.
Can you supply VAT invoices?
We will be happy to enclose a VAT invoice with all business orders on request.
Can I make a bulk order or work with the Snakehive brand?
We are very happy to discuss any large quantity orders or partnership opportunities. Please email email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday are processed and mailed the same day. All items are posted first class with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day.
For our international customers we deliver around the world and the shipping cost is quoted in the shopping cart once you have selected an item.
