Warranty Information

As part of the Snakehive Guarantee all products purchased solely from the Snakehive website are automatically eligible for a 3 month warranty from date of purchase to offer you that extra peace of mind when shopping with Snakehive.

The warranty covers your product purchase under the following conditions:

  1. Any defect due to a genuine manufacturing fault causing the case to become unfit for purpose.
  2. You are the original purchaser of the product from the Snakehive website. (Email order confirmation required)
  3. Boulton Fine Leathers Limited (Snakehive) is still actively trading in the UK.

Conditions under which the warranty is not valid:

  1. General wear and tear.
  2. Accidental damage, including misuse and improper care taken with the product.
  3. Alterations made to the product or repair work made by purchaser or third party.

Please contact us quoting your order number and detailing the particular defect. Please provide photo evidence where possible. It may be necessary to return the case to us for inspection.

If the warranty is deemed valid we will send out an identical replacement product within 5 business days.


Product Care

Our cases are designed to protect your handset from scratches and small knocks. The leather we use is durable but not necessarily accident or damage proof.  Avoid storing your case or using your case alongside sharp objects. Keep your case away from any fires, heat and where possible direct sunlight.


FREE First Class UK Delivery on all products.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday are processed and mailed the same day.  All items are posted first class with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day.

For our international customers we deliver around the world and the shipping cost is quoted in the shopping cart once you have selected an item.
